That looks good! Here is mine cookie recipe on steroids....
Started with the box of cheater sugar cookie mix from a while back. Thought that I hadn't make an oatmeal cookie in forevah!... Grabbed the leftover oatmeal mix from yesterday morning. Oatmeal, craysins, the frozen leftover crushed pecan and raw almonds. Mixed up the sugar cookie box added 3 extra eggs, a generous dose of cinnamon and let setup in fridge....
Then mixed up equal part leftover oatmeal and cookie dough. Let chill in fridge over night again....
Here it is:
Once I findout what the status is regarding the burial plans for next week and the status of their covid tests..... I'm quietly planning a "santa style" midnight run down to the Lakehouse.... I'll have several dozen fresh eggs, some of these cookies and a few other "creature comforts stuff in the cooler for them to see waiting for them in the morning.... That's my rough idea.
And here's where I started.... Wanted to make a larger batch of the curry chicken soup I get from time to time.... So, first poured in shredded coconut (unsweetened of course), some leftover jasmine rice with nori seasoning and celery, then the soup, then the veggies.... Okay... Needs some veggie broth... Now some more Curry powder and.... Yeah, more protein to go along with the chicken rice soup starter... CChicken apple sausage sliced up think..... that's I'll do....I'm calling it a quick chicken n rice soup.
Adding broth now.
