I was introduced via the show in the late 90's/early2000's. Then I read through a couple of those "manual" books with all the Pokemon in them generation-by-generation, and the information stuck.
I haven't actually played any of the games.

Wait a minute, unless my math is way off, you have to be old enough to legally drink. Even if you were practically a newborn when you started watching Pokemon.

Using “good” and “curry” in the same sentence is bad English and an oxymoron... definitely wrong on so many levels.

Do you remember when the Flintstones first come on TV. Then the Jetsons were a spin off.... and both in black and white. Of course, everything was in black and white back then.

I have to back up @EverythingDucks about the monkey thing sadly. I dont know about, and wont vouch for, this particular story, but I do know monkeys are trained to get coconuts in some areas. It’s really no different than us training dogs or horses, etc. to work for us.

Nope. My parents might, though.
Ah, the good old cartoons... the nice, old art style where the hand-drawn touch was obvious... the silly sound effects and the slapstick... heck, there was even some alcohol reference sometimes. Don't see that very much anymore.
I miss the anvils and the Acme explosives.

But seriously you're welcome to point out my manifold grammar sins and flaws any time you like. I see people miss-use "phase" for "faze" a lot, but I've never before called anyone on it. I figured you, clearly having a good strong sense of humor (from my having read your earlier posts), and a solid self-image, would take my little good-natured jab in the spirit in which it was intended. Now I see I was clumsy and over-blunt in my delivery.

I'm genuinely sorry I hurt your feelings. I ought to have been gentler or else kept my mouth shut.
