I ate alligator once...well I tried to. I chewed and chewed and chewed, lol. It really does taste like chicken but more of a rubber chicken consistency. Lol

Alligator isn’t terribly bad if it’s not over cooked. Ive had it that was mildly muddy/fishy flavor, and some that I passed on because I could smell it across the room.

I've also had pig tongue. I'm not a complete fuddy duddy, lol. I'll try just about anything once. Oh I tried urchin too...That. Was. Disgusting!!!

In the sushi/sushimi world, I believe they call it uni. If there was ever the uncontrollable urge to spit something out.... it’ll definitely cause it.
