25,564 Yeah she did taste kinda like chicken, but a little tougher. I processed her cause she was two years old so didn't lay eggs and was very mean to the other quail (and I have 43 quail which is kinda allot). I am mostly raising them for eggs, color breeding and a few are pets but some I guess will be dinner.
