Hi can any of you shed a little light on the age of my new pullets, i was told around 8 weeks but i think the black 1 is alot older. Im new to all this and honestly haven't clue.

Your splash looks to be pullet, orpington?? that is an awful lot of cream color on the chest and real light head??? Have not seen that one before but maybe she will grow out of that with age?

Your barred also looks to be pullet but definitely not Plymouth Rock as she has white legs and rocks have yellow. So what breed? someone with more experience will have to tell you that.

Your mix looks like a cockerel, sorry. Pretty but that is all I can tell ya.

They are all pullets and look to be between 6 and 10 weeks old. ... and it is a black sex link, not an australorp.

Hatchery stock?

They look about 2-months old, give or take a week. I think they are all pullets. That last one might be a sex-link pullet and that could be the reason for the larger comb.
