Let's play help me identify some chickens on the farm!

We have 4 or 5 breeds of chicken we intended to raise, and because were a grandfathered farm, we're often the got spot of a lot of surrendered chickens. So, while I'm doing my best to learn to identify breeds, I haven't been able to get my hands of a copy of standard of perfection yet, and I'm not fully exposed to all the breeds. I can take pretty good guesses, but then I find pictures that contradict myself and I'm left guessing again.

So this morning I took a couple pictures of some chickens I've been wanting to nail down the breed of because unlike some that look like hybrid, I think these have some distinct features to start with..

The smallish with black markings one wouldn't stay very still. He's still young, but maybe someone recognizes him now that he's had some more identifying traits show up

The one in the third pictire seems to be a polish and the 1 in the forth picture seems to be a buff orphington.

Second one is a Dark Brahma, third is a Polish. Rest look to be crossbreds.

Cool, I was pretty sure she was a golden buff. I've got two of them. I was pretty sue he was a polish in the 3rd.

Can anyone tell about the 1st. I thought she was a polish hen with like, a frizzle gene? Is that how that works?

Im not so sure I agree with this assessment completely. I was pretty sure that the golden one was a golden buff, from when she was given to us with her sister. Not a crossbreeds at all. Neither is the rooster is in the last picture, he came from a hatchery and was incubated as a project and then brought here. I'm pretty sure he has a breed

Birds 1, 5, & 6 are mixes. Bird 2 is a Dark Brahma. Bird 3 is a White Crested Black Polish. Bird 4 could be a Buff Orpington, but I see some white in the earlobes so I’m guessing that one is a mix too.

Golden Buff is not a breed for starters. She could be a Buff Orpington but doesn't fit exactly "which indicates crossbreeding". The last one does not fit a breed completely at all. Rose comb, yellow legs, and a columbian pattern with barring doesn't fit any breed I can think of.

Im sorry I didn't mean golden buff was an actual breed, was just kinda a short that she's a buff Orpington. Just her color, so we've been calling her and her sister golden buffs..

I'm not trying to insinuate I've got some top notch show quality birds here. I've got hatchery birds, so I didn't expect them to really "fit", just wanted an idea.

Im really surprised by the last one not matching anything. The story the grandparents gave me seemed pretty straight forward. It's what I get for accepting everyone's chickens at face value, I really never know, and as someone only beginning to recognize familiar things, or this chickens got this comb and that marking, I would be crazy to say I knew all the possible combinations.
