Let's see repurposed coops/nesting boxes

My brother helped me build it, I've decided it's to small for my big girls so I am having a 8x10 built and delivered!!

I built my coop out of pallets. I really think would have been best to simply buy precut lumber and built from that. Pallets are not square or level, lol, can be a real challenge to an old lady. The last pic is the run, also used pallets.

That's awesome! I love your covered run!

And I ran into the same issue with warped, uneven wood when I built my coop from an old fence. I don't think there's a square angle anywhere! But, as uneven as everything is, I was able to get the roof level. Haha! No more building from scratch for this gal. My next coop will be a converted shed or something similar. I'm glad I built my coop by myself for the experience, but never again..... Ugh....

:welcome

Pallets certainly do have a unique set of challenges.

Well done getting them all out together!

I will take pics as I build. I think this will be a very good coop for them. I plan on putting a tin roof on instead of plywood. It will be cheaper and I am thinking of using Deer Netting for the fence of the run instead of hardware cloth. About $100.00 cheaper

Here is what I am starting with. I have 24 pallets and will be getting more
