Let's see repurposed coops/nesting boxes

My coop was a horse she'd I just closed it in with chicken wire and plywood. My nesting boxes are just old plastic planter pots filled with hay. They're attached to a plywood sheet and sit on top of old saw horses. Then I have an old pasture gate for a perch. They love the perch beçause it has 3 levels to roost on. And they've used their nests each time. I did have a small section fenced off outside the coup but my horse kept knocking it over so long story short I have free rangers now.

Love the run area, so much space. I built a lift up door on the back of my walk in coop for cleaning also. This was at the roost area but seems the chicks want to "roost" at the front door. lol

I would love some opinions on how go transform this dresser into nesting boxes. The opening is only 8inchs high though

Maybe lower the top drawers to halfway where the middle drawers are....it would make a 4 nest bay with 12" tall nests.
Still a bit short for big girls though.
