Anyone else having chickens not laying yet? NO, I'M NOT SAYING IT'S THE FOOD! But my girls were laying up until the new year then they just quit. I had one molt but she's been feathered for awhile now. I'm barely getting one egg a day from six girls

Not a single egg. Not abnormal for this time of year here, though.

Only my Call Ducks are laying.

Maribelle is back at the vet's office for me to pick up. They just texted. I hope the little box is nice and they didn't mess up her little foot print.

I get 5 eggs a day from 7 girls. One is molting so slowly that if she goes any slower, she will be molting backward. The 7th girl I believe is hiding her eggs. She is weird and does not like the box.

So Fergus has shunned all beds and blankets but found the bale of hay I bought for chicken nests and made his own in it. Stupid dog. lol I'm so glad I didn't put out new nesting stuff for it to just rain again.

I have Call ducks too which aren't laying. Still not abnormal.

I know this is "normal" but it's annoying! I refuse to buy store eggs. So glad I water glassed eggs last year
