Brought home three new cockerels from the ag class at school today

BIL flew with a wanna be pilot while he was practicing nap of the earth in a cub. Yep, tail dragger. The guy would fly down the areas streams beneath the tree tops and make fishermen jump out of their boats. He said it was a hoot.

A lot of people wouldn't fly with him a second time.

He went on to become a helicopter pilot and got a commendation for saving the Vice President's life on an Alaskan tour when the helicopter engine failed. He said who cares about his life, I was saving my own. Honest guy.

Someone once told me "The problem with flying at treetop level is, they have TREES at treetop level."

Have a good friend who was in the Air Force. His squadron took a big group picture. In front of the squadron, they created a sign stating their pertinent info, along with the words "Pride, Honor, and Dignity."

Only the sign read, "Pride, Honor, and Diginigity."

Hey colt, since duck blues are the same as chicken blues, that means I need a pair of blue Swedish to get silvers, right? The blues are sold from a blue pairing, so theoretically I'll get all 3 colors. How many should I order to get good odds of a blue pair? Theoretically I think 4, but I feel like that's asking for 4 black Swedish males

I doubt you’ll get silvers from the hatchery. I’d order at least 8. Just because they are straight run doesn’t mean they didn’t sex them and give you drakes. Or order sexed ones. You’ll probably have to wait until the second generation for Silver.

Not me! Only buying from breeders this spring. I have 2 BCM from one breeder, and a trio of Cotton Patch geese from another. No mas para mi.
