Okay. So they won't be these giant hulking ducklings that could squish the Swedish. Cool

I can't remember the ratios for ducks. Is it closer to 8 per male? I know I can keep roosters with only a hen or two no problem, but I don't want to risk the drake injuring any of his girls. Should I just plan to keep every female I get and hope it's more than 1?

If you want silver, you will definitely not get silver. Just like when you order hatchery choice and never get mottled or splash.

We've had good luck getting splash before. Didn't even know it was a color when we ordered blue cochins a good while ago. Ended up with 2 splashes out if the 5

Either way, the blues are pretty too. Our first ducks were Swedish and pekins and we had a blue and black pair super pretty
