They're a specific UV wavelength, yes. There are other types of UV bulbs that are not blacklights though (like UVA/UVB bulbs used in reptile habitats and aquariums for example)

I have some rocks that glow under UV light, so thats what I started thinking about with the black lights. Be super cool jewelry (which they're destined to be.... eventually)

Lemme look. Its two types, I have to find the first package though to get any pics since it has the light with it somewhere.

So first is Hyalite Opal and the other is Hackamanite Crystal.

The Hackamanite should be like a pinkish I think? And the Hyalite is bluish
