You know a long time member came to vent about working retail during the holidays.
Unless you have done that you have no idea about what goes on behind the scenes. NO idea at all.
And I am talking from 21 years plus in retail. The holidays are the worst. We don't get time with our families and even though the work is great and (for me at least,) the pay and benefits are awesome, please allow the frustration that comes with a time of year that should be happy and it is not for many of us.
So apologies to the OP for the flames, the slaps and the nastiness, which only justifies her vent.
Oh and Merry Christmas to you all anyway.
