Hi, I have a chick around 2 months old who is limping but doing well. She is eating, drinking and acting like a happy fluffy chick, but walks with her right leg sticking out to her side. I can find no cut or bone sticking out but it is swollen. I wonder if there is anything I can do.

Sounds like it could be dislocated. There is more information what to do about this elsewhere on the forum.

I hope she gets better soon!

tried to see if the stretching exercise would help with no luck. will keep trying it but wonder if it's a worse issue than a dislocation.

Black chick still is injured but gets around like it's not a big issue for it. Now i found my blue male chick has injured it's opposite leg. He is your normal full of beans and hormones young male. I think he tripped over the short roost for the black chick.

The black one has a dislocated knee that we have tried to help get it back into place. My blue hurt his one leg but I can't find where yet. when I went to look him over he jumped out of my hands , flew over me and went splat on the floor. I don't know which of us were more worried then. He will walk but limps. He stretches it as well but he is sore. I have been giving him massage sessions followed by stretching and he doesn't make any noise or struggle when it goes on now.
