They will very possibly hatch even refrigerated. Many people, including me, have hatched from the fridge.

We don't have ac either. Some people store in the basement which is usually great. My very best hatch 100% were from my pullets eggs that were stored right in the house and temps averaged 60-70.I think my only issue with that is I lack air conditioning and my indoor temp fluctuates, although I do have a mini fridge I'm not using that I guess I could set the temp around 45-50 for egg storage
I usually fill up all my water wells and then I add 2 sponges to the bator on top of my screen with the eggs that way when I need to add more all I had to do is pull out a sponge and re wet it and stick it back in.Day 9 and it would appear that the 3 duck eggs were infertile along with 3 chicken eggs. Which leaves me with 7 healthy eggs that are going to be amberlink x Australorp , amberlink x rir , amberlink x barred rock.
@AmyLynn2374 how many sponges do you put in the bottom when you get towards the end?
Congrats!!!At 20 days I have my first hatch! Such a feeling of accomplishment to be pulling out the mini feeders and waterers again.
