LG heating element reliability

Can you please tell me how reliable the heating element in the LG 9200 is? Not the thermostat, I have heard that the thermostats are wonky, but the metal element itself.

As far as I know of LG heat element, they work just fine. Its the thermostat that I have problems with.

Ok thanks, I am in the process of building a new incubator and I have the porcelain insulators with the wire element and then I have 2 LG heating elements.

I am trying to figure out which way to go.
