LG Incubator - not working, but good condition otherwise PICTURE ADDED

I have a LG still air incubator that is in overall good condition except for the fact that it doesn't work. It has the top, bottom, wire, and windows. Rather than it just sitting here taking up space, I thought I'd offer it to anyone who wants a cheap bator with a little work. I am always up to a gd project, built one (incubator) outta plywood when i was in school havent tried it yet actually forgot i had it til i was looking at my moms anyway getting off track sorry thanks for the info in advance God Bless

Any idea why it doesn't work? Is it the wafer?
