I am thinking.....right before lockdown and after joining several threads where people are so upset over the LG...that we need to all contact them and tell them of our problems.

I realize that a lot of our problems can be written off to user errors. However, the thermometers are junk and many of us trusted them to work...until too late.

We need to all, once we have a point of contact, write to the company and complain.

What say the rest of you????

I am with you for sure. I have had great hatches and really really bad ones and do everything the same way each time. No consistency!!!! Just bought a new Hovabator and it works GREAT!!! If LG wants to stay in the market they need to listen to and respond to complaints so they can build a better bator! Let me know what you find out and I will join in!

Good. Then we need more people.

Heading to town to run errands. When I get back I will start doing some research on how to contact them. I think letters would be better than just emails. Make them have to work to read them. If enough people complain maybe they will step it up a little bit! I know I am not going to be happy if my cochin eggs do not hatch.....lost their momma two weeks ago!

I am definitely not real pleased with the LG incubator. I just bought one recently and my first two hatches were TERRIBLE. I had NONE hatch out of either batch because my bator would go from a nice 100 degree to 107 degrees in like an hour!!!!! I had so many spikes up and down that it was completely horrible. I have another hatch in it and so far its going ok but I have had to be on top of it constantly!

I will get on there later this evening and see what I can find. I just think there are too many people having problems. Let's see where we can get with this.....
