Awesome news. I live a little west of Liberty off HWY 152 in KCMO. Both my neighbors don't care what I do so long as It doesn't stink and they continue to get fresh produce and eggs next year. The city doesn't have the time to enforce rules since I see violations all over the place. Tonight I walked my dogs and met a few people who were inspired by my greenhouse and garden and had there husbands place raised beds in the back yard. All of them are very interested in backyard chickens for eggs, meat, and a hobby. I think this depression/recession is changing folks.
