Librarian hatching chicken eggs

Hi, I am a librarian hatching chicken eggs in a Genesis Hava-bator. The hatch date was 6/26 but on 6/24 & 6/25 we had 5 eggs hatch. Now there are 9 will incubator and last night (6/27) there was 2 moving slightly and 1 that has a pip hole on the side but really hasn't done anything today.. Now we have 3 very worried librarians wondering if there is anything we can do or just wait. The next questions is how long do we wait until we take the eggs out of the incubator. Oh the humidity is at 59% and temp is 100

Welcome, on pipped eggs I always enlarge the hole to see if I see blood, if not I start to help them out slowly. Those rocking out I would candle first and maybe start a hole, especially since they are running late. I generally pull all eggs after day 22-23. I don't use an incubator, only broody hens, so I can't give any advice on incubator use. Hopefully someone else will.
