I treated my small flock with elector psp 2 weeks ago for lice but some still have grey eggs attached to their vent feathers. Do I need to treat again? Are these going to hatch and start all over again? The coop was cleaned and sprayed as well.

Lice eggs can hatch every 10 days. Most topical products will kill live lice, not eggs, and if it (the Elector PSP) is still present on the skin, should get the newly hatched eggs. Are you seeing any live lice on the skin? I would check every couple of days. When permethrin dust is used, I usually tell people to treat a second time in 10 days, but your product may not require it.

You can just pick them off with your fingers. Or an old school remedy is to smear lard (pork fat) all over them; I don't know if the efficacy of that has been tested in a lab, but I tried it once and it worked for me.
