Lice/Mites and an Ivomec Question

I use the Ivomec Eprinex for cattle and the correct dosage for that is:

Standard .5 cc/ml
Bantam .25 cc/ml

I apply it to the base of the neck and I wait about 2 weeks before I eat the eggs. Unless I have to treat twice in that case I wait 2 weeks after the last treatment. I have never used the Ivermectin injectable on my birds, so I am not sure how that would work.

I get the Ivomec Eprinex pour on. I give .4cc per chicken and .25 cc for bantams on the back of the neck. They say there is no withdrawel time, so I don't wait, but if you feel safer, wait.
I believe 1 cc/ml is equal to 22-25 drops, which means 2.2-2.5 drops per .1 ml/cc, which means about 9-10 drops per chicken or 5 drops per bantam.
