Lice or pecking help

I have some chickens with some pretty peck feathers that I want to go back to normal can someone tell what’s causing this

It's feather pecking by flock mates. Most likely the birds that are in perfect feather. Pin Less Peepers can control this and sometimes break the bad habit. They will not regrow feathers until they molt.
