Hi guys I have a cream barbanter that just never laid eggs she is going to be a year old this month. Is that normal for this breed? Other then that she is completely healthy! Thank you for all feed back. She also lives with two other hens around her age who have been laying for a while now. They eat the same food and calcium so there are no differences in feed and environment.

Pictures? Unlikely but is it possible you have a very slow maturing roo?

In any case, it is certainly possible for a hen to never lay due to some issue or another. If you are happy to keep her anyways then just enjoy her, otherwise eat or rehome her with full disclosure. Either way nothing you can do to make her lay, either she will or she won't

This is her photo I can take a better one in the morning.
