Lice????

Recently got 5 baby chicks, I think they are all different ages but most of them have bald spots on their stomachs and chest area. my sister said it's normal because they're just chicks but idk if it's actually lice or not. other than that they act happy.

Inspect the chicks closely for lice. You can visually see them crawling around. They are either white or off white in color.
Most likely your sister is correct. Your new chicks are in a mini molt and shedding fluff in preparation for new fluff and feather growth. They will go through plenty of molts in their life time.

I agree with Dawg, lice probably wouldn’t be able to live on your chicks right now as they’re not fully feathered and can’t provide the proper warmth needed to survive.
