Lid slipped off incuview a little last night, are my chicks done for?

I feel so bad, but after I put water in my incuview i must have not secured it properly and when I woke up this am the lid was slightly off and the temp was 85 degrees!! I obviously am going to wait to candle them to check them out, but do you think they can surivive? Today is day 8.

I hope you're good. There've been hatches that survived much worse intact. It would've taken a bit for your incubator to cool down to that temperature, and the eggs would have taken an even longer time to cool down.
