Life expectancy for TSC silkie?

Hi, I'm just wondering what the lifespan of your tractor supply company silkies have been? I know they come from different hatcheries, so it's hard to pin down. Online it says 7-9 years. We got a pair of silkies (and two barred rocks) from TSC in 2019. One of them passed away previously due to the summer heat (still sad about losing her, she was so sweet). Our other has been going strong until as of recently. He's just seemed to slow down. He stays in the same area most of the day and has trouble going in and out of his coop. He doesn't appear to have any symptoms of illness (he eats and drinks) aside from slowing down. I'm not sure if it's just him getting older (because compared to their expected lifespan for regular silkies, he's a bit young to be entering old age), or if there is something else. I'm going to add Nutridrench to his water in hopes it perks him up a bit.

EDIT:
After I did some checking on him, I believe he has an impacted crop. I found a really good article on here and we're picking up some stuff that will hopefully help him.

How is he doing?
Were you able to treat the crop problem?
What do you feed including treats?

If he's still having difficulties, please provide some photos of him and his poop.
A video of his actions/walking may be helpful, upload to youtube and provide a link.

We isolated him from his coop/run for a few days. Every morning and night we gave him a mix of mineral oil and baby carrot food (in an eye dropper). It helped his crop go down really quickly. Unfortunately it seems like he's lost a bunch of weight (I'm assuming from going however long with the food in his crop just sitting there). We're trying to help him gain it back. He's doing much better though. He's eating food and passing it as normal. I think it's just a matter of getting his weight back up at this point.

I'm glad you were able to treat the crop.
Hopefully he will regain some weight and continue to improve.
You can offer poultry vitamins a couple of times a week to give him a boost. Egg, fish or meat can be given along with his normal feed to increase protein.
