Lifespan of a Polish Chicken?

I am curious about Polish Hens as well....anyone know or have any experience with them just not living very long? I love the breed but have had about 4 die on me in the last year or so. They came from all different breeders and I have a total of 12 other chickens that are healthy as can be. Any insight would be helpful....thanks!

My polish hen has just turned 10 years this month. She has layed two eggs this year. Apart from gout in her feet she is in really good condition.
