Yay for not dieting! Counting carbs and fat grams is a real bummer. Just eat real food! It really helps. Twinkies are not food, strawberries are. If you can start small with replacing some junk items with fruit or yogurt, water instead of soda, etc. you can do a lot!
 
Ok, here's my menu for the day...

1 bowl raisin bran cereal
1 granola bar for a snack
2 small pieces of ham for lunch with
1 small cheese quesadilla
and some asparagus
1 1/2 cups beans for dinner

Need more veggies tomorrow....

I haven't been eating well the last couple days because my tummy is acting up again. So I am way too low on my calories. I've been eating just a couple pieces of fruit and some bread, rice or pasta in tiny amounts. I'm hoping I can get into the doctor next week. Ugh! This is not how I wanted to lose weight.

I hate feeling sick! Definitely not my preferred way to lose weight; hopefully you're feeling better soon!

My day today:
Breakfast - few hashbrowns
2 pullet eggs
1 piece of wheat toast
small piece of ham

lunch - peanut butter and jelly sandwich
apple

dinner- 2 pieces of bbq chicken pizza
broccoli and asparagus.
2 cheese ravioli
2 chocolate covered coffee beans... yummm!!! (Cured my severe chocolate craving!)
