Light Brahma 13 weeks

Hey all - This is Linda. She is 13 weeks and getting bigger every day. Her comb and wattles are pretty red. Is this normal for a Light Brahma pullet at this age?

He looks like a cockerel, and i'm not a color expert but that also doesn't look like a light.
