These pictures are horrible...My dh took them on his lunch break in a huge rush. I hope you can tell me something about this little one. I'm not sure of her age or whether or not she is a Bantam.

She still peeps, has an extremely fluffy butt and even legs, and she's tiny compared to my 9 week Polish!

Thanks for looking.

Mrs. AK-Bird-Brain :

Yes on both counts, if I'm seeing right. She IS tiny! and very pretty.

She is so sweet, she hops into my hands and falls asleep while I hold her. Even though she's the smallest, she holds her own. She even comes when I call her. Are all Brahmas this sweet?

I know nothing about Bantams. Are the bantam Brahmas similar to the LF Brahmas?

My LF Light Brahmas are very sweet, I think the only difference in any bantam breed to LF is their size, same straits. Yours looks to be bantam and around 12 weeks or alittle older I think. My two cents.

Thank you for responding! Does she look like a pullet? I assumed so because her comb is so pale, I don't see any obvious roo feathering and what tiny, tiny waddle I might be able to see is the same color as her comb. She is by far my favorite. I want more Brahmas! Do they lay well?

and...is there any special care I should be giving to her feathered feet? I am putting sand in my run to keep mudballs from bothering her feet and I check her everyday. Anything else I should do?

I believe you have a pullet and mine have never needed special foot care. I have lots of snow and ice in the winter time and they like to be out just like the other chickens...no problems...

Mine are the best layers in the winter time compared to the orpingtons.
