Let me start of by saying I do not have the ideal situation for my birds right now, we started with 5 Rhode Island reds whom we thought were hens which are now cockerls , My husband went to a local buddy and got the light Buff and 3 other hens so now I have 4 cockerls, and 4 hens in a 30x30 fenced run and a nice coop with a run underneath. The other hens he brought home look nice and healthy but this sweet Brahma buff looks like she had picked all her tail feathers out before she came to us and now my boys chase her because she is white and I have noticed before they peck at white things more than the other birds. I have been checking her every day for the week we have had her but I can not find any blood or injury , I am thinking mites but missy does not like to be held or caught and is rather stressed. The boys will be going to a larger farm to go to a "better place this weekend" But what can I do for this sweet girl any suggestions?

First off that is a Light Brahma there is no buff to her. A Buff Brahma looks totally different.

Is the coloring on her actual tail (the meat part) or is the color in her tail feathers?

Boys will be boys they usually chase any hen and sometimes each other. That is just a rooster for you. As long as they aren't huting her she should be fine.

Well Miss priss seams to be doing GREAT she is now the largest Chick we have I guess she needed some good food and a nice place to live
