Light Brahma gender guess???

This is ferna/inferno

he/she is 6 weeks old. Gender has me baffled.

Gosh what a cute chick and name!

Much too early to be certain on a Brahma. However, that comb is quite substantial. I will also say cockerel.

Update in a few weeks with new pics.

Here she/he either ferna or inferno @7 weeks, neck feathers are rounded and so are the saddle feathers

The comb it's pretty red to be 7 weeks old. Maybe I'm wrong and it's a fast developing pullet.
With Brahmas the only way to be 100% sure it so sex using saddle feathers when they are a bit older
