Light Brahma Hen or Rooster

Hi. I bought a light brahma pullet back in July and I think it's a rooster. No crowing but the feathers growing on her tail and neck is starting to look like a rooster. What do you think?

Unfortunately not. Roosters not allowed in my town. I will need to find a home for him. There's a ranch nearby that rescues roosters so I'll be calling them soon.
