Light Brahma lethargic help!

Our girl is probably about 10 weeks old and she’s been lethargic all day. I checked her tonight and she wouldn’t move when i approached her laying on the ground, so I checked her vent and it was kind of pasty, not hardened yet, and mustard yellow poop all over. I brought her inside cleaner her up, and have been trying to get her to eat, I’ve given her some yogurt and a probiotic LifeLyte or something, and she’s so sleepy still. She will stand but immediately falls asleep and lays back down. I’m not sure what to do..

In my experience, if a chicken is lethargic, I usually will keep her in a nice quiet area, away from others.
I am unsure about her poop though, thats very strange to me. I'd look up a graph of poops to see whats normal and not.
Is she eating? Drinking? Is her crop empty in the morning? Is she sneezing? Fever? She looks a tad pale as well.
