I do NOT know Brahmas...so don't listen to what I am about to say.
I'd guess male.

Cockrell. Even though brahmas have pea combs, that is very red and developed for 3.5 months. My brahmas are 4 months and thier combs are still tiny like the day they were born. Brahmas tend to develop slow, but at this is on the other side of the scale. He does have 'hen' tail feathers, but he may still be developing his sickle feathers.
