Light Bramha Chickens, rooster or hen?

I have a new flock, about 16 weeks old. I feel my one chicken is a rooster, can you all help me out please. Its my first flock i have ever had. There is a huge size difference from body weight, leg thickness and how they act.

The one in front is a cockerel and the one in back is a pullet!
