Its the budgie, around here we just call parakeet. Pretty sure its the lowest priced pet bird available.

I know they are quite plentiful in Bangladesh. Have someone I communicate with there.
Bangladesh, and Australia are about same distance from equator, one north, and one south.
Both areas don't have a large daylight time chainage, compared to Europe, and US.
