The egg inside is the same, regardless of whether the shell is white, brown, extra-dark brown, blue, or green.

Today my chickens laid 3 light green eggs , they have been laying Brown eggs and light brown eggs all the while. Is this normal. I have both ISA browns and Rould Island red chickens, but I don't know which one laid the light green eggs. Please advise.

TSC is great at mixing up breeds. You have an EE or if 3 eggs were laid on one day, you have at least 3 EE. Can you post pictures of your flock? Yep you can eat the 'green' eggs.
