light sussex bantams are they really all hens???

[/IMG]Hello iv got 3 bantam light sussex they were sold to me as hens at 20 weaks old but one has a deep red comb. No crowing but no eggs. Help please. THANK YOU

looks like a pullet thats getting ready to lay eggs and the onther one I can see looks like a pullet as well
