I have just hatched Light Sussex chicks which I will be giving away so I was wondering at what age could they be sexed? I read somewhere it's possible to do wing-sexing? Also, one has black on the wing feathers and neck from hatch, is that any indication?

Just googled it for you - it is not possible to sex LS by the wing sexing method. There are only certain breeds ir works with.
You will have to closely observe the behaviors of your chicks to determine sex. Those that are 'upfront' and more bold are likely boys, girls tend to keep a lower profile and stay at the back of the pack.
Watch for the development of hackle and sickle feathers on the boys too.
