Lightest ,Calmest rooster for large egg breading?

I am looking for a rooster from a full size egg bread that is not heavy. We had a brown leghorn rooster that beat up on my hens. I have 8 hens and would like to have chicks in the spring. What type of rooster is lighter in weight, not to aggressive and still can produce pullets with larger eggs?

I know this might be a tall order but if you could send some suggestion my way I would appreciate it.

Minorca eggs are huge.
Other options are Penedesenca, Andalusian, Ancona, Dominique and Campine.
