like a cuckoo marans but with yellow legs?

sorry i dont have a picture but i want to rehome two of my hens and wondered if they were actually a 'breed' or just a cross

i was given them but unfortunatly do not have the room in quarantine for them so would like to pass them on to someone who does (my quarantine space is full with chickens!)

so they look EXACTLY like my cuckoo marans....but they have yellow legs (no they are not badly barred, barred rocks either(!)


any ideas?

Could be Dominques. Check what kind of comb they have.

one has a really small but normal single looking comb,the other has a scrunched up kinda comb (walnut? rose?)

Sounds like you have a Dominque and a Barred Rock.
