Please help my lil ducky looks like he's bloated he has appetite n drinks water but I've changed the feed on these ducklings since my last pair and I'm thinking that has something to do with him puffing up? I fed my last ones nutrena chick starter n they grew up fast n well then I get 2 more duckies n 1 won't grow and is all belly n I've tried to massage his tummy warm bath smushing his food . Today I went back to feed store n got what I originally bought for my first ducks since they didn't have issues. I also bought grit but I noticed the grit has probiotics n so does the feed so now I'm confused on what to do. Please help

Hi and welcome to BYC! :welcome

How old is your little duck? So you are feeding him nutrena now? Also, could you please post some pictures and if you can post a picture of his poop we've got an expert that can tell a lot from that.

A little bit ago I bought nature's wise chick starter and grower ( as I previously fed my 2 other ducks and they are as healthy as can be ) the store I got my two new ducks told me to start feeding these ones gamebird starter grower- ranch pro . Today I started giving him the natures choice and I sprinkled a few specks of grit on top and mixed it w warm water and he's pooped already which is a good sign . He was squirting just clear liquid . The two I bought about a month or so and the one has most of her feathers the boy doesn't and is half the size of the female . In the picture there is bedding and half of their area is reg dirt and of course their stuffed animal ducky that the femaile is laying on . I just bathed them and put them down to bed for evening so there's no poop to show

Glad to hear that little one is pooping now. How old are they? Are they rouens? It was hard to see in the picture.

Do you have Tractor Supply near you? If so go get some B-complex which is always good to have on hand for all kinds of ailments. It's like super vitamins and will help with bone growth and strength and just be a good thing for the smaller one. Regardless of what he's got going on, which may already be resolved, it will give the little one an extra boost.
