I don't see anything that makes any of them look male considering they are mostly 7 weeks old. That excludes the silkie which I have no idea about. I think you have pullets.

Yeah I think they all look like pullets, also excluding the silkies, which I'm not sure about either!

I think your splash and white silkies look like cockerels and not sure about the black one. I think you would start seeing the rounder puffball crests starting by this age if they were pullets.

From those pics, I would think they are all layers, but as above, I have no idea with silkies!

The silkies are between 5-6 weeks and they are still tiny. My 4 week old chicks are bigger than they are. I am super excited that everyone says pullets on others, I really,hope silkies are girls too, I need to post this in the silkie thread but it is a pain to load the pics from my phone! Thank you to everyone who responded!
