Lil Splash's sinuses or Guinea beating up

Ok my lil Splash's nose looks a little swollen & maybe a little black & blood & she kinda sounds like little sneezes & i can't make out her nostril on the left side any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thank you,, She's actually doing better, I've added a tiny bit of ACV to the water & seems to be clearing up. I was watching them the other day & the guenies kinda pile up on her when they get spooked, so we're trying to keep the stress to a minimum
