Are you using hydrated lime or agricultural lime? The first is white in color, and the latter is grey. The difference is important since hydrated lime can burn chicken feet.
Its hydrated lime. I've been researching for a few hours now about it. Finding pretty conflicting info. As far as, it will only burn their feet if it gets wet and my run stays dry even in garden rain. But yet I've ready not to use any type of lime at all. So just getting some opinions.
