I saw that one of my female quail was lying on the ground with her leg out. (It looked hurt, no blood though.) The other quails were pecking at her on the ground so I took her out ASAP and into a quarantine box with food, water, etc. I'm not sure how she hurt it. I have just taken out anything that could hurt another quail in the future. Does anyone know what i should do to help heal it or take pain off? I can provide pictures if needed :)

How old is the quail?
How many quail were in this particular cage at the time?
Pictures of the cage and the quail?

put a little cast on her leg, by wrapping thin cloth around the part of her leg that is hurt and see how that goes.
No.
You can cause so much more damage by wrapping something up if you don't know what you're doing especially if it doesn't need to be wrapped up.

@Kiki
Pictures would be nice.

She sits like this and doesn't put any weight on it.

How many birds do you have in that cage that she came out of?
How many males are in that cage versus females?
Do you see the back of her head?
That is a clear sign that somebody is overmating her which means you may have too many males or just too many birds together.
