limping and laying down after a few steps

My 15 month old GL Wyandotte has been limping for a week (right foot.) She is the runt of the litter. She is eating, pooping as usual but cannot get on the perch at night. She is free ranging and eating bugs with the other girls but sits down for a while after a dozen steps or so. Then she's up and the pattern repeats itself. Should I keep her separate from the others? Thanks for any advice. This is my first health issue with the girls.

Bumblefoot? Have you looked at her feet? Could it be that she's not limping, but simply doesn't have strength to walk? Any other symptoms?

Yes. Check for bumblefoot on the bottom of her feet. It'll be a dark in color round scab on her footpad.
