I had 1 girl limping 3 days ago with no signs of anything wrong with good inspection of foot and seemed to be getting better then checked 1 hour later the right toe was bleeding and being pecked at. Seperated her and is walking again, next day today another girl is limping and has same problem no bleeding yet. they were chicks at end of February and have been laying for about a month checked for anything in coop and outside area that could have caused this and nothing. Any idea's or suggestions thanks!

Always the right leg? Or each hen showing symptoms on different feet? Who was pecking at the feet?

Need a description of the poop, eyes, feathers, and what kind of feed are you feeding. You are changing the water every couple of days, right? You also don't say where in the world you are. If the temps have been abnormally high around your parts then you should be looking at adding cooling to your coop as it could just be heat stress. No drafts just cooling. I use a sprinkle hose and have a couple of collection barrels at the bottom connected to the rain gutters and a submersible pump on a thermostat control.
